Get cosy at the backwash as we pamper your hair with one of our luxurious shampoos. We use only top-notch brands to cater to every hair type, ensuring your locks get the love they deserve. You’ll enjoy two rounds of cleansing: the first shampoo will lift away any product build-up and excess oils, while the second will leave your hair feeling truly refreshed.
After that, we’ll drape a gently heated, lavender-scented neck snug over your shoulders to melt away the day’s stresses and help you unwind.
Your hands will be wrapped in warm, moisture-infused mitts packed with collagen for that anti-aging boost.
Then, we’ll drizzle warm oil through your hair and scalp. This rich moisturizing treatment will rejuvenate and repair your hair, while giving your scalp just the right amount of hydration—without overdoing it.
And here’s the best part… your scalp will be treated to a slow, relaxing massage, encouraging you to completely let go and enjoy the moment!

Choice of UPGRADE
We do offer two more UPGRADES, SUPER DELUXE for just £10 which excludes the hand treatment, and an EXPRESS DELUXE UPGRADE for £5 which is simply just the hair mask and a shorter massage. These don’t have all the luxuries of the FIRST CLASS but are certainly the next best thing.
Winter can really take a toll on our hair and scalp! With central heating drying things out and the constant struggle of wearing and removing woolly hats, our hair can become static-y and unruly. Plus, let’s be honest, we might not wash our hair as often during the colder months, which means those lovely locks aren’t receiving the regular TLC they deserve from conditioners.

We’re always at the end of the phone from TUESDAY to SATURDAY to secure an UPGRADE on your next visit.
